A traffic density study was carried out on an hourly basis for 24 hours continuously, once during the study period at three locations. It was observed during the study period that the traffic density is mainly higher during the day time. Composition of vehicles reveals that Heavy vehicles constitute 34.86 %, Medium vehicles from 28.69 % and Light vehicles from 23.67 % and others 12.78 %.
